All about the 326LB Gorilla in the room.

My name is Andy Anderson and no I am neither that hairy, nor in any manner an APE but the fact I am back up to 326.2 lbs, after having lost nearly 100 pounds from a high of 360 pounds 2 years ago is part of my reason for this blog based journey in a new niche.

Health and Wellness seems funny for a fat guy to write a blog about but this is a journey in getting stronger, getting healthier, and reclaiming both my health and my financial freedom.

My health woes at this weight.

The Big scare is diabetes which in turn has come with Neuropathy in my feet and my left leg below the knee as well as similar symptoms in my left hand occasionally. This nerve pain alone makes labor-intensive work impossible and that includes most working out.

I had a nervous breakdown 11 years ago at the time of this writing that left me with 10 years of bad physical and mental health. I am bipolar now with social anxiety disorder and while the anxiety I am kicking the butt of. Depression still guides a lot of self-destructive bad behaviors.

The summer before last we were priced out of the housing market for a time and I overheated in the desert summer twice and due to sodium and magnesium shortages, my short-term memory took a beating. I have been taking Fish Oil with some success and a week ago I started Methylene Blue Nootropics from a company I am promoting called LiveGood. My Experience as an Affiliate and Network Marketer

I began affiliate marketing in 2004, so 20 years plus at the time of this post. My first network marketing program came less than a year later and was a system called Money Train, followed by another called It’s Your Net which sold land in a virtual 3D Community. Both programs were very well built but Money Train’s founder passed away. That ledmillion-plus to the demise there and the founding partner in charge of the science drifted away from It’s Your Net.

I spent about 8 years with Strong Future International and left after having placed over 1500 people over the years into their system because they began drifting away from many of the principles that I felt made them a good fit at one time.

In my 20 years, I have built traffic platforms including million-plus view blogs and 3 million monthly view Social Media and Search Hybrids, and currently own a small network of sites including the spent.

Me and My Family

Well, my name is Andy and I am 49 years old. I have been blessed with a loving wife Cary since Dec. 28th, 2000. With here I have 7 awesome children and a stepson who has given us Grand-Twins. We are estranged from Steve and his kids, as often happens when liars have money and the honest folks can’t get a break. Someday I pray he reaches out to hear the other side of the story.

I am God-fearing but nondenominational as I have not found a church that fully stands the test of God’s word. I am conservative, and politically active and was the youngest council member in Arizona History in 1996. I was involved up to the State Committee level as a member of the Registrations and Tally board for the Arizona Republican Party at that time.

Business and work-wise I was a Manager and sometimes owner in Retail and Restaurants with one Convenience Store for over 14 years before starting my online business. In all, I have over 30 years of experience running mostly profitable companies and am known as a top trainer and motivator by my peers.

I love to make people smile but above all start using the words If and I Can. I am dedicated and believe the 4 secrets of success are a strong mind, a strong body, a true heart, and massive amounts of faith.

My Wealthy and Healthy Goals:

Over the next 18 months, I will be looking to shape an income path to $3,000 a month in Health and Wellness Income. I plan to do this while moving to the goal of losing and keeping off a total of 115 pounds of fat. My dream to restore my memory is underway and I am hoping to kick Diabetes to the curb.

I see myself taking fewer Pharmaceuticals and more plant-based herbal remedies which can add decades to the life of my kidneys and put me actually in control of my emotions again. All of this while doing more with my family who had a corner dad lurking for a full decade instead of participating.
